Orders placed on rushfaster.com.au ship from Sydney, Australia to worldwide locations. If your country is not on the drop down list on the front page, please contact us using the feature below.

Q: What if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully, however, if you find that your product is not quite what you're after then you can send it back to us within 90 days.
Q: Do you price match?
Yes, if you can show us an advertised price on an identical product, we will match or beat it. Send us an email with proof and we'll be happy to beat the price. Please note, however, that we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on price matched items.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
99% of the time, our customers are happy with the products they have selected. Sometimes, however, people change their mind. If this is the case all you have to do is send the product back to us in its original condition and we will gladly exchange or refund it. Please note that this service is not available outside of Australia at the current time.

Q: What if the product is faulty?
We try to make sure all products are in perfect condition before sending them out. However, if a product is faulty, STM products have a lifetime gaurantee against workmanship. We'll be able to help you out with this, it's all part of the service.

Rushfaster does NOT have access to your credit card number. All credit card processing is done by Verisign on behalf of Rushfaster.
Q: How do you shop online?
If you're new to shopping online, you really should try it as it has many benefits.
To shop on Rushfaster simply find the products you wish to buy and add them to your shopping bag (visible in the top right hand corner). Once you have added all the products that you wish to buy, go to your shopping bag and proceed through the checkout. During checkout you will be asked for delivery details and your credit card details.
